Order Policies

Changes & Cancellations

We understand plans change and we are willing to accomodate you as best as possible. However, changes to an order may be made up to 24hrs before the pick up date.

Cancellations made after the 24 hour notice period will not be eligible for a refund.

Please contact or visit our store within shop hours to cancel or make changes your order.

Pickup

Orders are to be pick up in store (526-532 Port Hacking Rd, Caringbah South NSW 2229) at the chosen pickup time and date.

Please provide your order confirmation on pick up.

Customisation

We offer a variety of cake flavours, sizes, and designs. Customisation requests should be made at the time of order placement.

Additional charges may apply for complex or extensive customisations.

We ask that you come visit our store to speak with a member of our staff to receive a quote, and place your order if it is entirely bespoke.

Allergies and Dietary Restrictions

Please note that our bakery is not certified allergen-free, and cross-contamination may occur.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We take great pride in the quality of our cakes. If you are not satisfied with your cake, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it, and we will work to address your concerns.

Refunds & Returns

Refunds will be provided in accordance with our cancellation policy.

Once a cake leaves our bakery, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for any reason unrelated to the quality of the cake.
